Journaling is good for the mind, the heart and the soul. I have found journaling can be so soothing.
Laura, I agree. I start and end my day with journaling. It settles my spirit. Thanks for sharing your experience.
I started journaling years ago with The Artist’s Way, by Julie Cameron, and wrote three pages a day for five or six years, just as my kids were becoming young adults and moving away. Journaling helped tremendously for me to process my feelings during that period of time. I now use a bullet journal, without all the fancy artwork. I love the flexibility. I record my weight, the day’s temperatures, and how much sleep I get, besides my plan for the day. Thanks for being my FitBit friend, Latisha!
Yvonne, this is so wonderful. It’s nice to hear the positive feedback and how you actually use journaling to help you throughout life. Peace and blessings!
