• How do you define spoken truth?
• What am I feeling today and what thoughts are creating that feeling?
• What would be my ideal life?
• Who do you see when you look in the mirror?
• What are 5 things I could do to take better care of myself daily?
• Who do you want to be surrounded by?

So glad you enjoyed today’s blog post! I always look forward to your feedback my friend!
What a great blog Latisha! I have always striven to be all of the things you mentioned. Loving myself, though, took some time. I’ve always been very critical of myself. Then I read a SP article about loving yourself and not saying cruel things to yourself. It really opened my eyes and made me realize that I need to love myself and that I should not say mean things to myself. I still slip back into that old way of thinking from time to time but for the most part I have come to love myself, flaws and all. 🙂
Thanks Cathy for your own going support! Loving ourselves takes practice and an on-going commitment. You got this my friend!
