Welcome back to Renew Inspiration! As I stated yesterday, I am grateful for the blessings I receive daily. The most powerful weapon against your daily battles is finding the courage deep down within to be grateful anyway. If you are grateful where you are, you have to respect the road that got you there. Now, we’re on our way to our second grateful destination, JOURNALING.

Journaling is my safe place, my time to just write how I feel and scream on paper and no one will ever know. Let’s take a moment to define journal. A journal is a personal reflection of who you are, it’s a repository for all the things that interest and inspire you.
Here’s some benefits of journaling:

• Present State – Helps bring you into your present state of mind.
• Improve Memory – Regular journal writing can improve your short-term memory.
